     Inferential reasoning, creativity and collaboration are all connected due to various thought processes, learning processes, and the utilization of communication and interpersonal skills. Chapter 5 in How People Learn II discusses various learning and thought processes, what kind of reasoning is used in various stages of learning, and strategies that have been empirically proven to enhance the understanding and integration of knowledge. (2007) suggest the nature of Authentic Intellectual Work (AIW) is comprised of the “construction of knowledge, through disciplined inquiry, to produce discourse, products and performances that have meaning beyond success in school” (p. 5). AIW differs from traditional instructions and assessments due to the differences each framework focuses on. Part 1: Hi Everyone! My name is Megan McBride and I am on track to graduate from Southeastern Oklahoma State University this upcoming May with an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction. I currently work as a paralegal at a law firm based in Oklahoma City. I started this journey in August 2021 with aspirations of becoming a 6th-grade th grade Geography teacher.
